NorthStar and Eclipse Competition are working together to develop drivers and improve performance across sim racing and real-world racing.
NorthStar will build a developmental academy and a high-level racing team, with the organizations competing together as sister teams. Eclipse can provide drivers where needed.
The 50/50 arrangement applies to shared data, car setups and racing analytics. Each organization retains its own team identity and ownership.
